We want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization solutions. If your Ziploc products arrive damaged or don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to qualify for a complete refund.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
